JOY KLEBAN WOLF
Graveside services for Joy Kleban Wolf , 81, of Longview will be held at 12 Noon Tuesday at Memory Park Cemetery with Rabbi Heidi Coretz officiating. Mrs. Wolf died Sunday at a Longview hospital.
She was born May 14, 1924 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Sam and Lenora Groner Kleban. Mrs. Wolf and her late husband, Jerome moved to Longview from Ft. Worth in 1962. She was a homemaker and co-owner of Wolf Reproduction Co. of Longview. Mrs. Wolf was a member of Longview?s Temple Emanu-El and was an active member of the Temple Sisterhood where she volunteered for its many functions. She also served as volunteer for the Longview Christian Ministries for 22 years and for the East Texas Literacy Council. Mrs. Wolf also was an avid gardener and loved to make things grow.
She is survived by her son, Barry Wolf of Dallas; her daughter, Janet Wolf of LaMesa, California and a brother, Jack Kleban of Lafayette, Louisiana.
Memorials may be made to the Temple Emanu-El, Longview Christian Ministries, the East Texas literacy Council, or to the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas.
