Jon David Yeager's Obituary
Jon David Yeager. January 24, 1963 to April 23, 2019.
The man who was bigger than life and full of surprises to not only his family, but everyone he met. He was a passionate, God fearing man with one of the most beautiful souls, kindest hearts, wisdom-filled minds, and an undeniable sense of humor. His greatest joys in life were his grandchildren and family, riding motorcycles, tinkering with everything and mastering most, spending time outdoors, and teaching timeless knowledge to anyone who would listen.
Jon is survived by his soulmate, Pam; children Hannah and James Fitch, Aaron and Sarah Yeager, Sarah and Joe Peck, Jenny and Jake Slone, Matt and Tawny Browning; grandchildren Luke and Jonah Fitch, and Ryder Smith; father and stepmother Robert and Peggy Yeager, mother Marilyn Young; grandmother Johnnie Lewis; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike and Tina Yeager, Stephen and Lisa Yeager, Craig and Stephanie Yeager; five nieces, a great nephew, and anyone who had the pleasure to know him.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 28th from 4 - 6pm at Rader Funeral Home in Longview. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 29th at 10 AM in the Chapel at Rader Funeral Home. Following services, Jon will be laid to rest at Clark Cemetery in Jenkins, TX. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to J-STAR MINISTRIES at 1628 E. Whaley St., Longview, Texas 75601.
