John W. Turner's Obituary
John W. Turner, 67, of Longview, Texas passed away on April 8, 2017. He is survived by his wife Sherry; son Marc Turner; brother and sister-in-law James and Marie Turner; step-son and daughter-in-law B. J. and Melissa Burrow; grandchildren Lilyana, Eveyln, and Texas; and former wife Beth Turner. He was preceded in death by his parents Nora and Eugene Turner of Kilgore.
After serving with the Longview Police Department from 1971-1979, he spent most of his professional life as a CPA with Green, Turner, & Associates.
Visitation will be held at Rader Funeral Home of Longview on Wednesday, April 12 from 5:30-7:30 PM. A graveside service will follow on Thursday, April 13 at 10 AM at Kilgore City Cemetery in Kilgore, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the ASPCA.
