We were sad to hear of the death of John. He was a good friend to Marion when he rented the car lot location from John. Marion always enjoyed visiting with him. I remember that John gave me blackberry jam that you had made and some really great fresh blackberries that he had grown when you lived on Highway 80. I also have the beautiful church print that you sewed and gave to me one Christmas. We will certainly miss seeing John from time to time around the Longview area. Our prayers are with you and your family and we extend our sympathy to you today.
