J.K. Keasler married my lovely Aunt Jean sixty six ago and we became “kin and friends”. We made numerous visits to the Keasler home. Every time we received a warm welcome and plates of delicious food. We had the priveledge to share some of Uncle J.K.’s jloves- drives to his farm, boat rides on East Texas lakes, catfish dinners, back yard bird watching, and vacations to special places. Some qualities we admired about our uncle J.K. are:
Love - He took the very best care of his wife and family.
Gratitude - He always thanked Aunt Jean for her care, especially her cooking.
Generosity - He gave special gifts to others (we received our share).
Hospitality - His welcome mat was out for all.
Stability - He followed God’s plan as he understood it.
We will miss you, Uncle J.K. and we will always remember your kindness.
