John Edwin Bozarth's Obituary
Funeral services for John Edwin Bozarth, 80, of Longview will be 10 AM Monday at the Pinecrest Bible Church with Rev. Ralph Cone and Rev. David Cook officiating under direction of Rader Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Rosewood Park.
Mr. Bozarth died Thursday evening, September 9, 2010 at his home.
He was born May 14, 1930 in Drumright, Oklahoma to Joe and Amy Bozarth. They later moved to White Oak where John graduated from White Oak High School. In 1949 he married the love of his life, Lois Hale.
Mr. Bozarth worked in the Oil and Gas Industry starting in East Texas, then West Texas and then to Richmond, Virginia for over 30 years. They returned to Longview in 1991. He was an active member of the Pinecrest Bible Church.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brenda Francis, and his brothers, Robert and Tommy Bozarth.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lois; son, Ron Bozarth and his wife, Julie of Naperville, IL; grandchildren, Jeremy, Jenny, Jonathan, Mollie, Christopher, Melissa and Matthew; brother, Charles Bozarth and sister, Helen Young.
