I've tried for so long to find Mr. Ramirez because he was truly an inspiration to me in my life as a boy scout pack 1123 in the Alief area in the early 90s. I have so many positive inspiring stories to share pertaining to his work and influence in my life. Mr. Ramirez is the reason I do the work I do helping families in various part of Houston. Would love to meet the family that Mr. Ramirez blessed his presence with to just share my memories and appreciation for his life on this earth. Carolyn, It is our prayer that God grant you peace and comfort to continue on living your life. I know you will miss Joe and is harmonica but with God's blessing you will be able to continue your journey.
We will miss Joe at our Boy Scout Retiree Reunions, laughing and playing his harmonica. We always lighten things us when we slowed down. Joe was a talented man and will be missed by the fellow retirees in our annual activity.
He impressed us as being an honorable man and lived the values and precepts found the the Scout Law and Scout Oath. We respect him for his lifestyle of love and respect which he showed us all.

Mr. Joe was one of the sweetest, funniest people I have ever met. He would come to St. Mary's Church office every Friday, and tell me the corniest jokes. I really enjoyed our visits. Ms. Carolyn and their family are in my prayers.
