My family, I am truly saddened by my uncle's passing. But it is hard for me to be sad long because I only remember all the great times we had at your house!
Remember the Peatown Peacocks baseball team?
Remember the scavenger hunts and sleep overs?
Remember his fabulous truck painted like the Texas flag with "Texas Joe" on the license plate?
I remember all the bottles he collected and the A frame and how hard he worked on it . . .
And the great rope swing that we loved to climb on and swing into the sky !
He taught me how to snorkel in Cancun!
Thinking about how he lived his life and how much fun we had only makes me smile!
Thank you for sharing him with us for the short time we had him, Lord.
