Joe was one of my favorite people. A fine gentleman, Joe had a smile for everyone. I will always remember him, the fun that we had hunting in Alabama. Joe was young in spirit. He will be missed. Please accept my condolences. With love, Jack Mann##imported-begin##Jack Mann Sr.##imported-end##

Wayne and I were saddened to hear about Joe. He was such a very special person and we loved him dearly. I have lots of great memories of when we worked together at Oleum, Inc. and of all the many smiles we've shared through the years. Wayne got to know Joe Bailey through the morning coffee group and he was one of his absolute favorites. He has fond memories of their golf outings and special Cherokee Club breakfasts. Joe will be missed by so many others as they share in your sorrow. He was much loved and a very special man. We're sorry we are out of town and can't be a part of the service but please know your family is held dear to us through our prayers.##imported-begin##Wayne and Vickie Brewer##imported-end##
