JoAnn Russell's Obituary
JoAnn Russell, 83, of Longview, Tx, went home to be with The Lord this week.
JoAnn was born on September 16, 1930 in Kansas City, MO. JoAnn spent many years working for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Tx, and retired happily once her years of service were complete.
JoAnn is survived by her two sons, Steve Oliver and Gary Oliver, her three daughters, Peggy Modrell, Tami Jones, and Terri Flores. JoAnn also had eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that we continue our lives, by celebrating hers. Rest easy kid...we love you!
