Joan Marveen Finane's Obituary
Joan Marveen Bogle Finane, born October 25, 1921 to Marvin and Alma Bogle in Topeka, Kansas, passed away on Friday, April 16 at a local nursing home. She was preceded in death by her husband, William James Finane and her younger sister Jean. She is survived by four daughters: Terry Steele and husband Mike of White Oak, Debbie Finane of Bronson, TX., Sylvia Berardi and husband Dennis of Antioch, Illinois, Mary Elise Lane and husband Phillip of Longview, one son: William James Finane, Jr. and wife Naida of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, nine grandchildren: Andrew Steele, Geoffrey Steele, Katie Calhoun, Ben Finane, Brian Berardi, Matt Berardi, Scott Berardi, Alison Berardi, Patrick Lane, two great-grandchildren. She is survived also by a sister, Virginia Derrick of Tacoma, Washington, a brother, Jack Bogle and wife Mary of Loma Linda, Calif., two nephews and a niece.
?Jo? was the original church lady, a good and faithful servant of the Lord who served as secretary at St. Anthony Catholic Church for over thirty-five years.
A rosary vigil will be held at Rader Funeral Home on Friday, April 23 at 7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 24 at 10 AM at St Anthony Catholic Church with Father Mark Dunne officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
