Funeral services for Jo Murphy Renteria, 69, of Hallsville will be held at Two O?clock PM Wednesday February 16, 2005 at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home 1617 Judson Road with Reverend Howard Bagley officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Park Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. Renteria passed away Monday February 14, 2005 in Longview.
She was born October 10, 1935 in Coffee County, Georgia, to Joseph and Bessie Youngblood, Sr. She had lived in Hallsville the past forty years. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She is survived by her husband, Gonzalo Renteria of Hallsville, TX.; children, Linda Gail Shinn of Longview, TX.; Sandra Shinn Hamilton of Longview, TX.; Larry Shinn of Hallsville, TX.; Patricia Murphy Poindexter of Hallsville, TX.; grandchildren, Shane Lee Hamilton, Tarisha English, Timmy Cunningham, great-grandchild, Catherine Lynea English, three sisters, Nancy Knowles of Cox Creek , KY.; Olena Holliday of Abita Springs, LA.; Wanda Faye Mangum of Memphis, TN.; two brothers, Marvin Thomas and J. L. Youngblood both of Brunswick, GA.
