Jo Evelyn Hanson Funeral services for Jo Evelyn Hanson, 60, of Longview will be held at 4 PM Saturday, July 19, 2003 at the Mobberly Baptist Church with the Reverend Scott Shulik officiating. Interment will be in Rosewood Park Read Obituary

Evelyn, you will be greatly missed! You were always a wonderful encourager and friend. You always, no matter how you felt physically, had a beautiful smile on your face. You always asked me how I was doing and encouraged me to keep on keeping on. You have touched my life in such a special way and been a blessing to us all in the Mobberly choir. Mrs. Hanson was my 2nd Grade teacher at Pine Tree in 1979-1980. I remember her touch on my life more than any of my elementary teachers. I was so sorry to get a note that Evelyn passed away. She was a cherieshed teacher at Pine Tree and we had the best time teaching together. Her students were lucky to have for a teacher and I was fortunate to have her for a friend when I taught at Pine Tree and after I moved back to R.I.
