Jimmy lived within a quarter of a mile to me at Pleasant Hill in Nevada County, Arkansas. We played together as kids. I did not know where he was these past few years. I am grateful to a friend who sent me his obituary. I'm so sorry to see him go, and your family and his brother Jerry have my sympathy. May God bless and sustain you in this sorrowful time. Jim was a good man and a perfect example of what a Scout Master should be. The fruits of Jim?s labor in the Boy Scouts will blossom for generations of sons and fathers. I will never forget the leadership of Jim and Brent in the wilderness of New Mexico at Philmont. My family would like to lift up the Milam family with prayer.
