Jimmie Lou Adams' Obituary
Graveside services for Jimmie Lou Adams, 75, will be 10 a.m. Friday morning September 18, at Memory Park with the Rev. Tommy Jones officiating. Jimmie Lou was born on April 12, 1934 and passed away Tuesday morning, September 15, 2009 at home with her family. Arrangements are by Rader Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Julia Hedgpeth and her husband, Don Adams.
Jimmie Lou was active in the LARC of Lake Cherokee and Green Street Bridge Clubs and for many years, the Alpine Ladies Golf Association.
Survivors include sons, Donald Adams, Jr. and Debbie, Michael Adams and Anita, and Kevin Adams and Barbara; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; siblings, Paula Foote, Sonny Adkisson, Charlene Jones, Candi Schriefer and their families; sisters-in-law, Jessi Adams and Janelle Cruger and their families and many loving, loyal friends.
Special thanks to the Staff of Beacon Hospice at Margaret's House who took excellent care of our Mom in the last few weeks. The family requests that memorial donations be made to Beacon Hospice, P. O. Box 5908 Longview, Texas 75608.
Visitation will be at Rader Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 6-8 PM.
