Jim K. Waldron's Obituary
Jim K. Waldron, 77, of Longview, passed away Saturday, March 4 at his home in Longview. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 PM Monday, March 6, 2006, at Rader Funeral Home of Longview. A private family graveside service will be scheduled at a later date.
Jim was born on December 30, 1928 in Marshall, Texas to Hulon T. and Ethel Waldron. He was a graduate of Marshall High School and Kilgore College. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Before moving to Longview over 20 years ago, Mr. Waldron lived in Sacramento, California where he owned and operated an appliance store. Mr. Waldron also owned and operated several restaurants in Longview.
Preceding him in death are his parents and 2 brothers, John Waldron and William Waldron.
He is survived by his wife, Jenny Waldron of Longview; 3 daughters, Julie Waldron of Sacramento, CA., Cindy Ramogosa of San Jose, CA., and Traci Vanzwaluwenburg of Sacramento, CA.; son Robert Waldron of San Diego, CA.; 2 step-sons, Michael Gettney of Sacramento, CA. and John Parsons of Nacogdoches, TX.; sisters Lois Kuykendall and her husband Tommie of Longview, and Mollie Goss of White Oak; and 3 brothers, Bobby Waldron and his wife Paulette of Longview, Lonnie Waldron of Trinity, Mack Waldron and his wife Demetra of Seattle, WA.; and his Mother in law, Judy White of Kilgore.
