Dear Donna, I love you and your family. I remember spending time at your house as a Jr. High school kid and how precious and kind your mom and dad were to me. I remember that your mother was a great seamstress and I was impressed at the superb works of art that she created. She even provided our bridesmaid dresses for your wedding with her caring hands and they were beautiful! Mrs. Simmons could grow the most beautiful flowers, love all of the little animals, and cook like nobody's business! She had a way of making everyone feel special and loved; that is something that you girls learned from her too. We have all laughed together many times and I cherish those times. Your parents remind me of my parents in the fact that they have taught you girls right from wrong and lived that in front of you as a great example. The love in your family is so obvious and real that many peopIe could learn from it. I feel so blessed to have known your mother Donna, and I thank the Lord that she was part of my life. I will be praying for you and your family as I know this will be a difficult time for all of you. God will be there for you.
