Funeral services for Jerry Clamp, age 67 of Henderson, will be held Friday December 9, 2011 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home with John Riggs officiating. Burial will follow at Rusk County Memorial Gardens.
Jerry died Tuesday December 6, 2011 in a Longview Hospital
He was born January 13, 1944 in Henderson to O.B. and Faye Clamp. Jerry raised horses and was a member of the Bar None Cowboy Church.
He was preceded in death by wife Annelle Ashby Clamp, daughter Angela Marie Clamp, his parents, and brother in law and friend Eddie Wilkerson.
He survived by Kathy Clamp of Henderson, and her children, daughter Kari Croley, and husband Jason of Big Sandy, their sons Bradley & Brason, and son Cody Dodd, Sisters Dolores Wilkerson, of Henderson, her children Gary Wilkerson & wife Laura and their children Rustin, Mindyn and Riley. Dean Wilkerson of Henderson, Jennifer Schell and husband James of McKinney and their son Curran, sister Geneva Heard and husband Howard of Houston, their children Jerry Paul & Sandy, Madeline and Dillon, and Jeff and wife Daray and children Ashley, Zachary, Joshua and Christopher all of Houston. Lifelong friends, George Hampton, Donnie Howeth, and Gail Goodwin.
Visitation will be from 5-7pm Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
