We were friends before Jerry got into law enforcement and friends after he got into law enforcement. We fished a lot together. We went through the good the bad an the ugly together. You will be missed a lot.
I Remember him being a great friend in High School. We will add all family and friends to the prayer list.

Jerry and I went to School together in Gilmer. He was a great guy. So sorry for your loss.

Jerry and Rodger Cox talked me into trying bass fishing, which I enjoyed for many years. Jerry was my first fishing buddy and I fished on the family pond with him several times, as well as area lakes. I had retired from the PD before Jerry really began to blossom there. Wish I'd been around to see it.
The thing I remember most about Jerry was that, even when he was irritated about something, he could snap out of it very quickly and be happy as could be.
