Jerry Green's Obituary
Jerry Green was born on March 16, 1957 in Hobbs, NM. He passed away on April 4, 2019 at his home surrounded by loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman J Green and Velma Louise Green and sister Linda Collum.
Jerry was a paint contractor in Longview over 40 years. He enjoyed his family, fishing, drag racing, golf, tennis, softball, Nascar and football. Jerry was a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan. He dearly loved the mountains of Ruidoso, NM.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife Tammy Green, sons, Dustin McGee of Longview, Chad McGee of Longview, Michael McGee and wife Sayuri of Misawa, Japan and Chad Green of Longview. Grandchildren Hannah and Hailey McGee of Longview, Hayden, Alexis, and Bryson McGee of Misawa, Japan, and Landon Green of Longview. Brother Wayne Green and wife Janie Redmon of Longview. Sisters Jeanie Green and husband Steve Scott of Pritchett, Peggy Thompson and husband Roy of Littlefield, TX, Carol Williams and husband Jay of Longview, and Darla Hollowell and husband Terry of Longview, and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and very special friend Mr. Robert Duncan.
Pall Bearers are Chris Thompson, Mike Thompson, Kevin Thompson, Bryan Farmer, Aaron Farmer, and Berry Hollowell.
Services for Jerry Green will be at Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, Longview Monday, April 8th at 12 noon. Family visitation Sunday, April 7th from 3-5pm. Burial to follow service at Rosewood Park.
