Jerry Millard Baldridge's Obituary
Jerry Millard Baldridge, 91, of Longview, went to be with the Lord on Thursday morning. Graveside services will be held at 10 AM Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Lakeview Memorial Gardens under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
Jerry was born in Spring Hill, Oklahoma on August 16, 1925 to Audie and Stella Baldridge. He was married to the love of his life, Ruby Johnson Baldridge, on May 17, 1946. He proudly served our country in the Merchant Marines during WWII. Mr. Baldridge enjoyed a long career with Texas Eastman from 1946 through 1986, and was a long time member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
Mr. Baldridge was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters Betty Lou Baldridge and Barbara Ruth Baldridge; one nephew, Jud and one niece Theresa.
Those left to cherish his memory are wife of 70 years, Ruby Baldridge; his daughter and son-in-law Kelly and Paul Draper of Longview; his granddaughter, Lacy Leigh Draper of Seattle; and his niece and nephews Diane, Tim, John and Steve of Hallsville, Ed, Mike and Gary of California, and Henry and Joel of Seattle.
