What an exceptional young man and inspiration Jeremy was to so many that crossed his path. The void will definitely be felt in this world, but his Heavenly Home was rejoicing ! Do you remember the song y'all sang at my moms funeral, Enter In? I thought of it when I heard the news he was gone.
That's when heaven pierces through the clouds of darkness, and glory of the Father shines from Heavens open door. The Son of Man standing at the right hand of the Father, with a warm embrace gives welcome and the Angels are rejoicing, and the Father with a voice like rushing wind says "All Heaven has been waiting...Enter In.

Jeremy was an amazing man who fought through so much pain and still come out the other side with his faith. My family recently lost our father to cancer who had a similar story when my did first found out of his cancer he said this to me.
"Jason, This stinks and I am scared of what's a head of me but only physically because I know that God would not put me through anything that I can't handle spiritually cancer may destroy my body but it will not destroy my soul. I want you to remember that all that matters is eternity all this is temporary and one day will all have to meet our death. Do not lose faith son God will get us through this."
Jeremy knew the same thing that my Dad knew. All that matters is eternity. I remember Jeremy leaving me a message on Facebook after my dad passed. Even in Jeremy's illness he came to my families side and told us about God. Prayers and thoughts from the Yandell family.

I am so sorry to read of your loss. I know you are a strong Christian family and will brave your despair with God's help and guidance. Despite Jeremy having been ill for several years, it is hard to believe that he's no longer with us, in the flesh. He ultimately beat his sickness and was rewarded with the eternal life, which was promised him. Jeremy, was one of the most courageous people I've ever known. He had a generous and peaceful quality, along with that. I have lost a great friend and can only imagine the impact on the family. You'll be in my prayers.
I worked with Jeremy at ABC Printing for a short time, but long enough to know what a sweet young man he was. For 6 long years Jeremy was on my church e-pray list and we are over 250 strong. Many, many prayers went out for Jeremy and his family and friends. I will be forever blessed that I knew him. My church friends prayed one last time Sunday that he is in heaven now with God and that God gave him a healthy trip home. Bless all of his family and friends in their time of sadness.

I met David, Sharon, and Jeremy in the leukemia waiting room back in 2010. It was a couple months before I was to have a stem cell transplant and they were considering the same. It was always nice to run into them there because they were uplifting, kind, and kept us company to help the time go by. We joked that MD in MD Anderson meant "most-of-the-day". I enjoyed teasing Jeremy about his Longhorns since I am an Aggie, and the smile I saw each time I brought him some chips and salsa from Gringos was infectious. Jeremy had a lot of hard decisions to make when it came to his care, but he was diligent and knew what he wanted. I admire his strength and courage through his battle. I miss him, and I pray that all his pain is gone. He is one of God's angels now.
