Jeniene Stone's Obituary
Carolyn Jeniene Gunn Stone was born June 4, 1945 to Albert and Jewel Gunn in Winnsboro TX. She is survived by her loving husband of almost 56 years, Jerry Stone; Son Jeffrey Stone of Stamford CT; daughter Dana Williamson and husband Keith of Pasadena TX; granddaughter Tia Stone of Houston and Madeline Stone of Stamford CT; and great-grandson Preston John Stone of Hot Springs, AR; brother Al Gunn of Longview, Tommy Gunn and wife Vivian of Longview, and John Thomas of Longview; sisters Janet Latham of Hallsville, Barbara Bullock and husband Larry of Longview; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family as she had such great love for people and never met a stranger.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Jewel Gunn, son John Stacey Stone, grandson Joshua Alexander Stone, sisters Jo Ann Thomas and Patsey Willig, brother Kenneth and wife Vern Gunn.
Jeniene Gunn Stone lived a full life, with love in her heart, kindness in her soul a smile on her face; not even death could take that away. She was loved by many throughout the world, and will live forever in the hearts of all she touched. Family and friends will carry on in her memories the life, love, and kindness she taught us, and bestowed to us. Aunt Nini always instilled in us that “nothing is more important than family.”
