Memorial services for Jearldean Moore Whitaker, 83, of Henderson will be 10:00am Friday November 24, 2017 at the South Main Church of Christ with Bob Payne officiating.
Jearaldean Moore Whitaker was born February 22, 1934. She married Richard L. Whitaker on December 31, 1957.
Jearldean was preceded in death by her grandson, J.R. Sprayberry who passed away in 2002.
Survivors include her husband, Richard L. Whitaker; her children, Kathy Allen and her husband Terry, Deania Whitaker Huff and her husband Cliff, Randy Whitaker and his wife Diana, Garry Lee Whitaker, Bryant Whitaker and wife Melissa and Rebecca Marks; grandchildren, Rusty Sprayberry, Rodney Costlow, Clowie Gomez, Heather Haydock and husband Justin, Casey Whitaker and wife Jessica, Airbella Whitaker, Samantha Brown, Victoria Brown, Ethan Garrison and SR Seth Garrison; great-grandchildren, Noley Sprayberry, Christopher Sprayberry, Traine Sprayberry, Colby Gomez, Danielle Gomez, Tyler Gomez and Jenifer Haydock.
Jearldean was the loving wife of Richard Whitaker. Together they raised 6 children who gave them 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She loved to read and listening to music. Roses were her passion and she loved her family. She always made everyone’s birthday special. She wanted to celebrate their life, let them know she was happy they were in her life. She also loved to be outside, just walking and seeing what God made. The family requests that food not be sent.
