Jeanette Jordan McKay's Obituary
Celebration of Life services for Jeanette Jordan McKay, 72, of Henderson will be held 10:00am Saturday August 22, 2015 at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Henderson with Rev. Johnny Newton and Rev. Wayne McKay officiating. Burial will follow at Duncan Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home.
Mrs. McKay passed away at home August 16, 2015 in Henderson. She was born September 19, 1942 in the Good Springs Community to Belvia and Lorene Jordan.
Jeanette was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and loved the Lord. She also loved all of her animals.
She is preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, Jimmy Jordan and Johnny Jordan.
Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Robert L. McKay; daughter, Trisha Bond and husband Dwayne; daughter, Becky Teer and husband Charles; 6 grandchildren, Kathryn Wimberley and husband Norris, Melissa Bond, Trey Teer, Joshua Teer, Jonathan Teer, Joseph Teer and one great-grandson, Brayden Wimberley.
Pallbearers will be Trey Teer, Joshua Teer, Jonathan Teer, Joseph Teer, Charles Teer, Dwayne Bond, Scott Pierce and Norris Wimberley.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Friday.
