Jeanell Speights' Obituary
Graveside services for Jeanell Speights, 87, of Longview, will be 11 AM Thursday at Grace Hill Cemetery with Reverend Gregg Zachary officiating. Interment will follow in Grace Hill Cemetery. Rader Funeral Home of Longview in charges of arrangements.
Mrs. Speights passed away in a local hospital, Monday, October 11, 2010.
A native of Rusk County, Texas, she was the daughter of Bruce and Ama Lee Burton. Jeanell retired from Sears & Roebuck, Co. after 24 years in retail sales. She was a member since 1950 at Mobberly Baptist Church and was a member of Young at Heart Club and Longview Women?s Forum.
Mrs. Speights was preceded in death by her husband T. H. ?Hub? Speights and a brother and sister. Those left to cherish her memory are a son: Randy Speights of Longview; daughter, Sherri Stallsworth and husband Mark of Longview; grandson, Morgan Garrett of Longview; sister, Wynette Kendrick of Henderson; brother, Bedford Burton of Henderson and nephews, Clay and Scott Burton and Gary Kendrick.
