Jean Lanell Shields
On Easter Sunday, Lanell went to be with the Lord. Lanell was 80 years old. She was born during the depression in a small west Texas farming community of Wingate, Texas and grew up in Ballenger, Texas. She was born to Jasper and Laura Shields and was the youngest of six children. She was a long time resident of the Longview and Hallsville area.
She enjoyed her loving family and friends. She liked working in the garden and dancing.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 6 years, Troy Reynolds and her son and daughter-in-law, Glen and Sherry Wallace.
Lanell is survived by her grandson, Jeremy Wallace and his wife Megan, great-granddaughters, Danica and Kyra and several nieces and nephews.
