J. C. Harper was one of my best friends. He and Evelyn were great neighbors and we enjoyed dining out together. J. C. and I shared many fun moments through our business association and we missed them greatly when they moved to Irving. Etheleen and I extend our condolences to Evelyn and Kathy during this time of sorrow but we know that J. C. now is in a better place.
