J.C. "Al" Alford
Funeral services for JC "Al" Alford, 79, of Lake Cherokee will be held at 10 AM Monday, April 6, 2009 at Trinity Baptist Church in Lakeport. Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mr. Alford was born on November 23, 1929 in Walton County, FL. He passed away on April 2, 2009 in a Longview nursing facility. He was an agent for Ministers Life Insurance Company and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Delores Alford; and children, Ronnie Alford, Bruce Alford, Steven Alford, Greg Hurst, Tim Hurst, Sheila Waldrop, and Sheree Collins.
