Funeral services for James Theodore ?Jim? Wooldridge, 75, of Longview will be held at 1 PM Thursday, January 27, 2005 at Mobberly Baptist Church with Dr. Laney Johnson and Dr. Gregg Zackary officiating. Burial will follow in Rosewood Park under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview, 1617 Judson Road.
Mr. Wooldridge was born on February 11, 1929 in Olney to B.C. and Merl Wooldridge. He passed away on Monday morning, January 24, 2004 at his residence.
Mr. Wooldridge retired as an operations manager from B.J. Services, and was a faithful member of Mobberly Baptist Church where he was active in the Grace Bell Small Group Bible Fellowship Class.
A loving husband, father, and grandfather, Mr. Wooldridge was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Glen and Jerry Wooldridge. He is survived by his wife, Carol Wooldridge; sons and daughter-in-law, Ted and Kay Wooldridge of Houston, Tommy Wooldridge of Austin; grandchildren, Scott and Ashley Wooldridge both of Houston; sister and brother-in-law, Ginger and Frank Bruton of Elbert; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob and Betty Wooldridge Bill and Helen Wooldridge all of Graham; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorials be made in honor of Mr. Wooldridge: Mobberly Baptist Church, ?Growing for Tomorrow? Building Fund, 625 East Loop 281, Longview, Texas 75605.
