When Gary and I joined the Texas Roadrunners Motorhome Club, I thought Jim sounded like a mean, harsh man. I later found that all so wrong. He was one of the nicest men we ever knew. He will be greatly missed. He died on the one year anniversary of Gary's passing. I know they are in a better place and feel so much better. Take care Helen. Uncle James is imbedded in my soul. Remembering when he was Fifteen visiting my mom in KC and teasing me every day by singing Here comes the dolly with the hole in her stocking, till this 2 year old cried. Then the wonderful weekend trips to the cabin late at night when he and Helen would pick one or two of us up late at night to whisk us away to the cabin and adventurers whe had never had before. And the time he dicided it was time for me to swim and threw me in the strip pit. Of course these are all my perceptions. ButIam a good swimmer, love adventure and am pretty tough on the outside and soft on the inside like him. I could go on and on and I notice my hair color and cut and so like his.....he did leave his hero mark on me.
