James Jerry McCarty, Jr.'s Obituary
Services for James Jerry McCarty, Jr., 54, of Longview will be held in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 1 pm. Burial will follow at Rosewood Park. Mr. McCarty passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2012 in Tyler. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.
Mr. McCarty was born in Mount Pleasant on November 2, 1957. He is preceded in death by his father James Jerry McCarty, Sr.; brother Terry Don; and a sister Diana Simmons. He loved spending time with family and especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Cindy McCarty of Longview; four daughters and son-in-laws Teneal and Eric Callarman of Beaumont, Sandy McCarty of Longview, Crystal McLain and Mike Tucker of Baytown, Jenny McCarty of Longview; mother Gail Morris of Houston; and a brother Kevin Kaufman of Gilmer; grandchildren are Christian Callarman, Gavan Callarman, Jake Fountain, Caleb Folmar, Dalton Redmon, Brianna Redmon, Connor McCarty, and Clayton Callarman; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
