James David O'Con's Obituary
Services for James D. ?Dave? O?Con will be 12 Noon, Monday, December 26, 2005 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home with Reverend J.B. Morris officiating. Mr. O?Con passed away Tuesday evening at his home. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
Dave was born on December 6, 1955 in Longview, Texas to James and Thelma O?Con. He lived in the Longview area most of his life and he proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He worked as a maintenance coordinator for the Dana Corporation and was a member of Diana United Methodist Church since 1995.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Thelma and father, J.C.; 1 brother Ralph Banks; and James E. ?Gramps? Stuckey.
Dave is survived by his wife of 22 years, Kim O?Con; son David Harold O?Con; daughter Julia Nicole O?Con; and grandson Jarrett Cameron O?Con all of Diana; sister Sue Ann Harwell of Alabama; special family friend Dolores Stuckey; and numerous nieces and nephews and countless other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alanon or AA, 1005 McCann Rd., Longview, Texas 75601, or to the Highway 80 Rescue Mission.
