My memories of Jimmy were as a young man and young father. We shared many a laugh, a few broiled steaks, and homemade ice cream. I remember that Jimmy wanted only cloth napkins and my mother, Ruth, always made sure he had pretty cloth napkins. I am reminded of the closing words to a song:
"So it's the laughter We will remember Whenever we remember.....The way we were....The way we were...."
