Jaime Rene Garcia, Sr.
Funeral services for Jaime Rene Garcia, Sr., 57, of Longview will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2012 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Burial will follow in Rosewood Park. He passed away Saturday, March 24, in a Longview hospital.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Garcia was born May 19, 1954 in Mexico and was a longtime resident of Longview. He was employed with American Railcar and Primerica. He was a Christian with a strong faith who loved his parents, brothers and sisters. He loved to visit his birthplace in Mexico and spend time with his family there. He loved to share gifts with needy children and families there. He had a love for running.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Josefina Garcia.
Those left to cherish his memory are his father, Juan Garcia; his loving and devoted wife of 24 years, Ana Maria Garcia of Longview; his beloved children, Anna Garcia and Jaime Garcia, Jr. and his girlfriend Maria Felix and all of Longview; sisters, Maria Isabel Vargas, Silvia Garcia and Bertha Perez; and his brothers, Alfredo Garcia, Juan Pedro Garcia, Jesus Garcia, Juan Antonio Garcia, Trinidad Garcia and George Garcia.
