Sammy,
I just wanted to tell you how terribly sorry I am to hear about the loss of your mother. She was one of the nicest ladies I’ve ever known.

I never remember a time in my life, when your parents were not around. In 1984, we went on a ski trip to Breckinridge. Your Dad injured his knee and never once complained. There were countless bridge games and New Year’s Eve parties. Your parents were always around and I always enjoyed visiting with them. I still have a fishing rod your mother gave me, many years ago.
In recent years, I enjoyed visiting with your mom at the museum and Buckner. I often ran in to her at Kroger and various stores around town.
You and your family are in my prayers.
