Jackie Parker's Obituary
Jackie Parker passed away April 2, 2013 after a long battle with brain cancer. She was born December 31, 1939 in Arcadia, LA to Lavell and Bessie Johnson.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Charles Parker of Gilmer, TX. Her mother, Bessie Johnson, a son, Russell Parker, a daughter Dana Parker, and mother-in-law, Gaye Foster, all of Gilmer. Three grandsons; Brendan Parker, Travis Parker, Bob Burke, granddaughter, Lauren Burke and two great-grandchildren; Jane and Ethan, three sister-in-laws, Susan Willis and Gary, Linda Hart and Marvin, Mary Terry and Wayne, brother-in-law, Clay Foster and Jennifer and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services for Jackie will be held at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home on Friday, April 5 at 2 o'clock in the afternoon with internment to follow at Rosewood Park Cemetery. There will be a visitation held at the funeral home the night before, Thursday April 4 between 6 and 8 o'clock that evening.
