Jackie Lee Jones' Obituary
Funeral services for Jackie Lee Jones, age 82 of Henderson, will be held Monday August 8, 2016 at 10:00am at the Bar None Cowboy Church, with Rev. Jason Taylor officiating. Graveside services will be held at 4pm at the Fort Necessity Baptist Cemetery near Winnsboro, LA.
Mr. Jones was born February 24, 1934 to Huey and Gladys Jones, and died August 6, 2016 in Longview. He was a member of the Bar None Cowboy Church, a welder and cattleman, and was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son Randy Jones, sisters Joyce Evans, Joy Gaspard, Diane Curtwright, and Dolly Jones.
Survivors include daughter Shelia Wacasey of Lindale, TX daughter Theresa Hicks, AR. daughter Susie Radeen of Waxahachie, TX, brother Billy Ray Jones of Herbert, LA, niece Rhonda Porter of Henderson, TX, nephew Dale Evans of Henderson, TX, nephew Keith Evans of Henderson, TX, and nephew Billy Ray Jones, Jr. Also surviving is grandson Steven R. Toews, and great-granddaughter Abby Mae Toews.
Pallbearers will be Matt Evans, Clinton Evans, Anthony Evans, Keith Evans, Jerry Weaver, and John Alan Wacasey. Honorary pallbearers will be Steven R. Toews, Pappy, and Ken Raif.
Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
