Jackie Biggs Dixon's Obituary
Jackie Dixon, born January 21, 1958, departed this world on August 22, 2012 after a hard fought battle with cancer. She now joins her beloved husband Billy in heaven. As a devoted Christian, her courage, determination, and positive outlook on life will continue to be an inspiration to everyone who knew her.
Jackie was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and friend. In addition to spending time with family and friends, she was happiest when fishing, watching movies, and caring for her cherished dogs. As a real estate agent, she gained fulfillment from finding the perfect home for each of her clients.
Jackie was preceded in death by her husband, William L. "Billy" Dixon. Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Brandon D. Holden and wife Becky of Longview, Kelsey C. Dixon and Stormy C. Dixon, both of Gilmer, brothers and sisters: Michael H. Biggs and wife Carol of Tyler, Joanne Tuttle of Longview, Jeanette Biggs of Houston and Derek Biggs of Diana, TX, grandchild: Hudson D. Holden of Longview, father: Wyley H. Biggs and wife Sue of Longview, mother: Gerry Biggs of Longview and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 10 AM Saturday, August 25, in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, Longview, with Reverend Othell LaFerny officiating. Interment will follow services in Rosewood Park Cemetery. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Friday, August 24, from 6 to 8 PM.
