Jack Robert Melvin's Obituary
Jack Robert Melvin, 61, of Longview, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023. Jack was born in Longview, Texas on January 30, 1962, to Jack and Nellie Melvin.
Jack worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator and was a proud member of the Operators Union Local 178 Ft. Worth. He worked all over the country but said the best local he ever worked for was Local 49 Minnesota.
Jack is survived by many friends, including longtime friend Bob Osborn. A graveside service to honor Jacks memory will be held Friday, May 12, 2023, at 3pm at Memory Park Cemetery in Longview, Texas.
