Jack Brannon Kinney's Obituary
Funeral services for Jack Brannon Kinney, 34, of Longview, TX, will be held at the Chapel at Rader Funeral Home on November 30, 2018 at 2 o'clock pm.
Heaven gained another angel. Though Jack lost his battle with cancer, he ultimately won because he was able to go meet our glorious Lord Jesus face to face. His testimony while on earth is nothing short of inspirational. He was a Veteran who served for the United States Navy as a Naval Corpsman with the Marines. Although his life was cut short he lived. Jack had so many hobbies. He was a passionate CMRA superbike racer who got his "wind therapy” on the track. He loved to dive which he began doing while stationed in Cuba at Guantanamo Bay and then continued to do in Pensacola, FL and Hawaii where he had also been stationed at while in the Navy. He had the best green thumb you could ever imagine and loved to work outside in the yard. He loved to go shooting at the range and enjoyed reloading shells. Jack ran marathons and rode his bicycle for miles at a time. What Jack put his hands on he put his entire heart and soul into. Jack was one of a kind and can never be replaced.
Jack is preceded in death by his father William Jack Kinney, uncle Ronnie Sugden, aunt Tricia Webster, aunt Lynn Kinney, cousin Elizabeth Sugden grandparents jack and Janie Kinney, Paul and Norine Sugden.
He is survived by his mother, Deborah Kinney, brother and sister in law Michael and Mayra Willis; sister Karen Teague; his nephews Christian, Caleb, Donavan, Jacob, Levi and niece Meagan. aunts Robin Kinney and Dorothy Debelis as well as uncle Paul Sugden. Jack had a lot of cousins and friends whom he loved. He will be truly missed by both family and friends. Brannon, we love you! You made it. You're home. Rest easy.
