J. W. Hunt's Obituary
Funeral services for J. W. Hunt, 72, of Diana, will be 10 AM Monday, July 22, 2002 at the Piney Cemetery in Harleton, Texas with Pastor Roger Oney officiating. Interment will follow immediately after services. Rader Funeral Home of Longview are in charge of
arrangements.
Mr. Hunt was born February 8, 1930 in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma to John and Mae Elizabeth Hunt. Mr. Hunt died Thursday evening at a local hospital.
He was a longtime resident of the area, was the owner/operator of Emily?s Country Kitchen and J?s Power Sweep and was a member of the Harley Owner?s Group.
Mr. Hunt is survived by his wife, Lois of Diana; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Dan Sasser of Abilene, TX; son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Freida Hunt of Ore City, TX; stepdaughter and husband, Lisa and Ricky Kelley of Marshall, TX; stepson and wife, David and Crystal Ogle of Marshall, TX; sister, Leota Jordan of Lubbock, TX; grandchildren, Jayson and Gay Lester, Brandi Hunt, Amanda Sasser, Brandon Hunt, Dalton Kelley, Logan Kelley, Trent Ogle; a number of nieces and nephews and other extended family members.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Sunday evening from 7-9 PM.
