J. R. Hocutt's Obituary
Graveside services for Mr. J. R. Hocutt, age 80 of Tatum, will be held Saturday March 28, 2009 at 3:00pm at the Harmony Hill Cemetery with Rev. Wilma Adrian officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of the Rader Funeral Home of Henderson.
Mr. Hocutt died Wednesday March 25, 2009 in a Longview Hospital.
He was born July 24, 1928 in Midilothian, Texas. Mr. Hocutt was a self employed truck driver.
He is survived by his wife JoAnn Hocutt ; step daughter Ginger Parshall, step son Gary Linton, grandson Joshua Parshall all of Tatum ; Granddaughter Crystal Ferrell and husband Clay and their daughter Serenity of Fort Hood, Texas ; sister Opal Hocutt of Henderson; 2 special nephews Marlin Hocutt & wife Joyce of Athens, and Dale Hocutt & wife Shanda of Oklahoma there are also several nieces and nephews surviving ;a very special great-great nephew Danny Joe Hocutt, two very special great- great nieces, Aleceia and Krizten Hocutt, a very special friend Leon Minniefield and his wife Mary of Gholson, Tx. .
The family will meet friends at the Funeral Home from 5-7pm Friday.
