I never thought with the position I am in I would become so close to the residents here. There are those people that we have know choice but to become close to them because of the type of person they are. She was one of those people that will bring me a smile when I was sad and gave me a reason not to complain. I smiled when she smiled, I laughed when she laughed, I cried when she cried, and when she was upset I was upset. She was one of the family and I will miss here dearly.

When death takes a special person it hurts. It hurts in the middle of the day, the night and in the middle of your stomach. It hurts to lose anyone who has a special place in your heart and Ms. Kollman became that special person many years ago to me. Her smile brought joy to all of us and her cute ways was something we all adored. I will certainly miss her, but the pictures and memories will keep her close. Judy Tidwell
