Isabelle Randall Dunlap
Ms. Isabelle Dunlap, affectionately known as ?Momo? to everyone, passed away at Good Shepherd Medical Center on Sunday, November 20, 2005 She was surrounded by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her precious great great grandson, which is a testament to her incredible character. She loved the Lord and life to the fullest extent. She was born on December 28, 1911 in Kansas City, MO. to Clark Christopher and Bertha Randall who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her brothers, Clark C. Randall, Jr., and William Lawrence Randall. She retired from GMAC after 25 years of service. She was a volunteer at Good Shepherd Medical Center and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Longview, where she also served in the nursery. She is survived by her daughter, with whom she had resided for the past six years, Janet Thomas of Longview; her sons and daughters-in-law, David and Polly Dunlap of Lake Cherokee, and Bobby and June Dunlap of Tulsa, OK. Grandchildren include Jan and Jim Aiello of Granbury, David and Suzy Gillespie of Hallsville, Laurie and Mark Bogle of Johnson City, TN., John Gillespie of Denver, CO., Angela Dunlap of Lake Cherokee, Becky and Gary Dennis of Plano, Deborah Dunalp, and Jeffrey and Adrena Dunlap all of Tulsa, OK., 15 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by many special nieces and nephews and special friends, Ty and Hali Young. Graveside services will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, November 23, 2005 at Rosewood Park with the Reverend Dale David Perkins, II officiating. Honorary officiant is the Reverend Bill Cunningham. Burial will follow under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, November 22 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to one of the two foundations that Momo supported: Arkansas Children?s Hospital, PO BOX 2222, Little Rock, AR 72203 or, School for Little Children, 400 North Fredonia St. Longview, Texas 75601.
?The family would like to offer a special ?Thank You? to Jossie Douglas, who was Momo?s special caregiver, and to Dr. Brannon Riddle and Dr. Rama Nayini.?
Momo?s loved ones want to acknowledge the loving care given to her by her daughter, Janet ?Meether? Thomas the past several years. Momo was the glue that held us together and we all look forward to seeing her again.
