Memorial services for Mr. Irvin Barlow of White Oak will be held Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Longview Church of Christ at 12:00 PM. Mr. Barlow passed away in the early morning of March 25, 2026 at his home in White Oak.
Irvin James Barlow, 90, of White Oak, TX, entered into rest on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at his home surrounded by family.
Irv was born on December 7, 1935, in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa.
Irvin was preceded in death by his loving wife, Shirley Jane Barlow, parents, Dale and Doris Barlow, and brothers Raymond and Denny Barlow. He is survived by his sons, James (Becky) Barlow, Judson (Shonna) Barlow, and honorary son Mike Myers; brothers, Don Barlow and Larry (Linda) Barlow; grandchildren, Molly Barlow (Brady Hefner), Hanna (Marshall) Woodson, Logan Barlow (Mykela Stewart), and Lily Barlow; 3 great-grandsons; and many other dearly loved family members.
Irv loved God and family. He enjoyed sports (The Dallas Cowboys), fishing, hunting, gardening, taking pictures of family and flowers, and spending time with family. He will be dearly missed.
