Iris Rambo's Obituary
Graveside services for Iris Rambo, 93, of Longview will be 10 AM Thursday, August 22, 2002 at Grace Hill Cemetery with Rev. Kenneth Mills officiating. Mrs. Rambo died Tuesday, August 20th in Longview.
She was born January 7, 1909 in Havener, Oklahoma to William and Cora Mae Scott Catt. Mrs. Rambo had lived in Longview since 1936. She was a homemaker and a member of the Spring Hill First Baptist Church. She married Guy Joseph Rambo who preceded her in death in 1981.
Mrs. Rambo is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law: Louise Rambo Visage and Kay, Betty Rambo Kingery and Gail Rambo Jackson and John; 12 Grandchildren and spouses: Lonnie Visage and Patty, Linda Visage Phillips and Mike, Gary Visage, Keny Visage, Harry Kingery and Stephanie, Nancy Kingery Smith and Ken, Sheila Jackson Orms and Rick, Elisa Jackson, Pamela Jackson Allen and Mark, Julie Jackson Dollison and Tracy, and Michael Jackson; 12 Great Grandchildren: Steven Visage, Lindsay Phillips, Brandon Phillips, M/Sgt Kenneth Huhman, Keith Huhman, Deanna Kingery, Matthew Kingery, Trent Orms, Dillon Orms, Bailee Iris Jackson, Jordan Allen and Makenna Allen; 4 Great Great Grandchildren: Gage Huhman, Kyla Huhman, Keifer Huhman and Ciarra Huhman; 1 brother, Omer Catt; 3 sisters, Iva McNaughton, Reba Atchley and Alta Atchley. Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She will be remembered and loved forever.
The family extends a special thanks to the ER and MICU staff at Good Shepherd Medical Center.
