Graveside services for Irene Henry Johnson, 89. of Longview will be held at 1 PM Wednesday May 20, 2009 at White Cemetery.
Interment will be under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
She passed away Saturday May 16, 2009 in a local nursing home.
Mrs. Johnson was born January 12, 1920 in Mexia, TX to Benjamin Franklin and Georgia Crutchfield Henry. She was a retired accountant and a member of the First Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Lonzo Johnson and her parents.
She is survived by her, brother, John Dan Henry of Orange, TX.; step-daughter, Jane Waddell of Longview, TX.; Nieces, Debbie Jerdee of Orange, TX.; Carolyn Martin of Orange, TX.; Dakota "Cookie" Garcia nephew, Joe Hester of Lake Livingston, TX.; and several other nieces and nephews and other relatives.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday May 19, 2009 from 6-8 pm.
