Idalia Elizondo De Lira's Obituary
Idalia Elizondo De Lira was born on August 19, 1937 in Mexico and came to the United States with her husband Nicolas Lira, together they have nine children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her current residence was in Longview, Texas.
Idalia, who was also known as “Mima”. She never met a stranger. She loved to read her Bible first thing in the morning and was the last thing she did before going to sleep. She loved to sing and dance and was always the life of the party. She was very loved for her kindness, and love for others. Her favorite saying was, “Cuidate porqúe entre más te cuides más duras”.
Idalia is survived by her children, Mely Sandoval (Efrain), Pavis Brione (Guillermo), Olga L. Sandoval (Pedro), Gabriel Lira, Raul Lira (Rocio), Gustavo Lira (Liz), Fidel Lira (Mari), Sergio Lira (Theresa), Idalia Garcia (Sergio), and her brother, Marcos Elizondo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Domingo Elizondo y Maria Manuela, her husband, Nicolas Lira and her siblings, Concepcion Jimenez, Eulalia Chavarria, and Eleuterio Elizondo.
