Howard Otto Skinner
Howard Otto Skinner was born October 11, 1918 in Cass County, Texas to James Floyd and Mary Ann Skinner. He was retired from the U.S. Army after serving Twenty years, he also retired from Lone Star Steel Company. After retiring he owned Skinner Lawn Mower Repair. He was a Methodist. Mr. Skinner passed away Thursday October 13, 2005 in Gilmer.
He is survived by his wife Noweta Skinner of Daingerfield, son, Robert Skinner of Carrollton, daughter, Linda Bickerdike.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
